Digital Payment for All: A SLR ana Bibliometric Study of the Constraints and Strategies of Expansion of ETPD, QRIS, and Realtime Payment in Sumatera - A Global Perspective

Abstract

Development system digital payments have give contribution significant to transformation global economy , especially in push efficiency transactions , transparency of governance finance , and expansion inclusion finance . Research This aim For study constraints and expansion strategies digital payments , in particular Electronification Transaction Regional Government (ETPD), Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), and real-time payment , with use Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method and analysis bibliometrics to Scopus indexed publications in range 2015–2025 . Research results show that constraint main in implementation system digital payments include limitations infrastructure , low digital literacy , resistance culture against cash , the issue data security , as well as regulations that have not been adaptive . Factors that encourage success adoption covers trust to systems , interoperability , support regulation , availability infrastructure , as well as collaboration cross stakeholders interests . Recommended strategies covering strengthening regulations and standards security , improvement digital literacy , giving incentive economy , as well as adoption practice best international like Unified Payment Interface (UPI) India. Findings This give contribution academic to literature about transformation system digital payments , as well as implications practical for government , regulators, institutions finance , and actors business in speed up development ecosystem inclusive and sustainable digital finance .
