Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of religiosity in moderating the influence of human capital, product innovation, and business motivation on business success. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling method uses a saturated sample by making the population the research sample, totaling 60 respondents. The data used is primary data resulting from filling out questionnaires by respondents. Data analysis uses the multiple linear regression method with IBM SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that human capital has a negative effect on business success. Meanwhile, Product Innovation and Business Motivation have a significant positive effect on business success. Apart from that, Religiosity can moderate the influence of human capital and business motivation on business success. However, religiosity is unable to moderate the influence of product innovation on business success
